Marybeth Olive is a pillar of her community, a dedicated realtor, and a business leader. Since the start of her real estate career in 2004, she has studied, internalized, and exemplified the models, systems, and resources set forth by Keller Williams.
Earning her way up the ladder of success within KW, Marybeth became a multiple-time Circle of Excelle Award recipient, ALC member, and Team Rainmaker. Shifting from sales to leadership, she spent the next 15 years as a certified MAPS coached Team Leader, business consultant, and CEO. Helping build 8 successful market centers, Marybeth was inducted into the KW Team Leader Hall of Fame, meeting the criteria of recruiting 100+ agents per year for 5 consecutive years.
Marybeth’s personal mission is to lead with strength, spirit, and enthusiasm in order to help others meet and exceed their greatest potential. This does not end in real estate. As a pillar of her community, she founded and funded Sheltered Hearts, a local non-profit organization to provide hope and a safe haven for people that otherwise have nowhere else to go for food, shelter, and a helping hand.

He is a North Carolina native and has lived in multiple cities across the state, currently residing in the popular Birkdale area of Huntersville, NC. Previously, KT worked in Keller Williams Leadership as a Team Leader, recruiting new and experienced agents, as well as training agents on how to best implement technology into their businesses. He also has spent time working as a listing and buyer agent, but now spends his time as an agent focused on lead generation for The Temple Team.
KT continues to coach and train agents on how to use social media and other marketing strategies to get more business, and is also a part-owner in one of the Cyberbacker franchises. You can often find KT teaching for Carolinas Educational Services or catch him on his real estate podcast, The TNT Business Podcast, a podcast with a focus on Real Estate, Wealth Building, and emerging technology hosted by KT Temple and Kent Temple.
Marc Weiss - Regional Operating Partner
Fueled by a desire to educate people on harnessing active and passive income opportunities within Real Estate, Marc Weiss is passionate about helping others achieve life-changing generational wealth. A graduate of Boston University, Marc received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Union College. Growing up in a family who developed commercial real estate, he was licensed in the early 90s while performing worldwide with the Martha Graham Dance Company. Opening one of the first micro-breweries in New York State, Marc went on to open Keller Williams Capital District with his wife and business partner, Carrie. In addition to his role as Operating Principal of the Capital District Market Center, he serves within Keller Williams Realty International as a Divisional Leader, Regional Director of the Upstate NY Region, and he leads the Profit Share Task Force. Locally, Marc serves on the Global MLS board of directors. Marc grew up in the Capital District of New York, where he still resides today with his wife, Carrie, and their three children. Marc spends his free time working out, hiking, and enjoying different local restaurants with his family.

Maria has been a leader with Keller Williams for over 11 years. She served as the MCA/CFO of KW Washington Township for 6 years. Maria became a MAPS Coach and has coached leaders in the U.S. and Internationally. Her work as a coach led her to the opportunity to teach Leadership Fundamentals across the country to hundreds of leaders in several regions across the country. Training and teaching are a huge passion for Maria and she continues to teach Agent Financials, Six Personal Perspectives, and other KWU classes across KW Regions. Maria comes from the corporate business world where she worked in the financial and service industries as a Controller, CFO, and COO for companies such as American Express, Rosenbluth International, and Allianz Life. Her passion for leadership comes from some of those unique work cultures that were rooted in gaining and sharing knowledge to serve a higher purpose. Maria’s consulting business, Lascito Enterprises, was born out of requests for her to help evaluate and consult on the financial and operations systems of multiple businesses in our ecosystem. In 2022, Maria returned as head of operations and finance to Keller Williams Washington Township Market Center. Maria also serves as an MCA community leader for the Greater PA Region in Keller Williams. All of this is for her family’s future and the legacy that she wants to create.
